Hello, I am Fabrice Jakubowicz, the founder of Balear Escape. I am French and I have lived in Spain since 2019. I know from experience what it means to settle in a new country, to deal with its administration and to build a life there.
Who I am
I am an entrepreneur. Running my own business has taught me to be rigorous, to listen carefully and to take responsibility for the commitments I make. These are the qualities I bring to every project I take on for my clients.
Training
In 2025 I completed the 205-hour estate agent training required in the Balearic Islands under Ley 3/2024. This training covers the legal and professional framework of the sector and allows me to practise in a structured and transparent way.
