Regular checks while you are away

I visit the property at an agreed frequency and check that everything is in order: doors and windows, signs of damp or leaks, electricity and water, and the general condition inside and out. After each visit you receive a short report so you know how things stand.

Keys

I can hold a set of keys and manage access for the people you authorise, such as family, cleaners or tradespeople, so that nobody needs to travel just to open the door.

Pool and garden

A pool and a garden need regular attention in the Mallorcan climate. I coordinate the specialists who maintain them and check that the work is actually done, so that you come back to a property that is ready to enjoy.

Welcoming guests

Family or friends arriving while you are not there? I can welcome them, hand over the keys, show them around and make sure the house is ready: opened up, aired and prepared.

Coordinating repair work

If something needs fixing, I find the right professional, request a quote for your approval, and supervise the work until it is finished, keeping you informed with photos and updates.
